    • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Order Cancellation by Simran Agrovet Ltd.:
    We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Errors in pricing or product information

    • Issues identified by our fraud detection system
      In such cases, we will notify you and initiate a full refund.


2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

    • You received a damaged or defective product

    • The product delivered is different from what was ordered

  • Refund Process:

    Due to the nature of our products (poultry feed and farming supplies), returns are generally not accepted to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

  • Replacements:
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
